Decaf Dairy Free Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened dairy free milk I used almond milk
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp decaf instant coffee
  • 1/2-1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp boiling water

Instructions

  1. Pour ice and milk in a glass.

  2. In a medium bowl add instant coffee, pure maple syrup and boiling water. Begin beating on low with an electric beater for 30 seconds, increase speed to medium for additional 1 minute and then high for another 1-2 minutes until a frothy, thick foam is formed.

  3. Pour foam on top of ice milk. Of course take a picture and then mix together to enjoy your iced coffee.
