Lemon Dill Tahini Dressing

  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup tahini which is ground up sesame seeds into a paste/butter
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill chopped


  1. Add all ingredients, except dill, to a blender and blend on high until smooth.

  2. Pour dressing into a jar and stir in fresh chopped dill.
  3. Serve on salads, as a dip for raw vegetables and over roasted vegetables.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
