Ingredients
1cupsteeped herbal tea, chilled(I love the flavor from the Elle Wellness, previously known as Lauren Mary Holistics, Don’t Go Bananas tea which includes catnip, chamomile, nettle, oat straw, organic banana chips, organic banana flavor)
1/2cupcoconut water, unsweetened
1cupkale and/or spinach
1cuppineapple, fresh or frozen
1orange, peeled
1/4cucumber, peeled
1/4lemon peeled or ½ tbsp lemon juice
1tspchia seeds
Optional: 1 slice of fresh ginger
Instructions
Steep tea and cool to room temperature.
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
