Creamy Balsamic Dressing (Nut Free & Vegan)

  • ½ cup vegan mayo I use Follow Your Heart Vegenaise or Hellman’s Vegan Mayo
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 tsp balsamic vinegar My favourite is evolution Traditional 18 Year Dark Balsamic vinegar – it is sweeter and thicker than most balsamic vinegars and can be found in Edmonton, AB
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice I also really love Santa Cruz Organic Lemon Juice


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth. You can also mix by hand by placing all ingredients into a medium bowl and whisking together with a fork. Using a blender makes the dressing smoother.

  2. Serve with your favourite salad or my Super Harvest Salad.
