Immunity Lemon and Ginger Latte

A dairy-free, creamy, zesty lemon, ginger and honey latte that will help to support your immune system when you are feeling under the weather.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup steeped citrus flavoured tea (I used Lauren Mary Holistics Tropical Turmeric Tea)
  • 1 tbsp full fat, unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp raw honey (I used Manuka honey)
  • ¼ inch fresh ginger
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 drop food grade Copaiba oil (I used doTERRA)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into your favourite cup and enjoy.
