I’m a dip kind of girl. When I started eating dairy free 10 years ago there was not a lot of dairy alternative options. The lack of options on the market is what led me down the path of experimenting and creating my own variations of my favorite dairy containing dishes. Luckily now there are many companies making delicious alternatives like dairy free sour cream which is used to make this recipe. Tzatziki is a creamy based did with delicious flavor combination of lemon, dill, cucumber and garlic. It pairs nicely with roasted vegetables, on roasted potatoes, salad, kabobs or grilled meats. This dip stores well in the fridge for up to 7 days.
