



Lemon Dill Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup tahini which is ground up sesame seeds into a paste/butter
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp fresh dill chopped
Instructions

Add all ingredients, except dill, to a blender and blend on high until smooth.

Pour dressing into a jar and stir in fresh chopped dill.

Serve on salads, as a dip for raw vegetables and over roasted vegetables.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
