Homemade Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte
Prep Time 3 minutes
- 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee, decaf coffee or prepared Dandy Blend
- 2 pitted dates OR 1 tbsp pure maple syrup/coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp cashews OR coconut cream (NUT FREE option)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp pure pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp medicinal mushrooms
Add all ingredients into a high-speed and blend on high until smooth.
Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
