My Mom! There’s so much I can say about my Mom… and now I’m crying lol.
She has the biggest heart, the most calm soul, is fierce, dependent and incredibly positive. She shines her light wherever she goes and teaches me that life is such a gift.
My whole life I’ve been so grateful for my Mom’s commitment to us, her love and her support, but this year I’m so grateful for her commitment to herself.

My Mom has been through a tremendous amount this past year. She was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer last May and from day one made the choice to push past fear, take her health into her own hands, listen to her deepest intuition and fight for answers.
She has blossomed through months of biopsies, CT scans, nutritional IV injections, detox protocols, hours of research, dietary and lifestyle changes, naturopathic/chiropractic/reiki/massage/acupuncture appointments, a mastectomy, physiotherapy, chemotherapy and radiation. Through this journey, she has grown in ways I can’t even believe and loves herself more than she ever has, even after letting go of a physical piece of herself.
Truly, I can see this in the way she speaks to herself and how she prioritizes her own needs. She is learning to put herself first, to trust in the process and to love big. She shines optimism and is my biggest role model. She truly is a hero in my eyes.
Everyday, she is showing us, her daughters, the true meaning of self love, which is prioritizing your health, speaking kindly to yourself and loving all of your imperfections.

I’m so thankful that she has given me this life, loves and supports me through it all and that I have been able to do the same for her recently.
Happy Mother’s day to my rock, nurturer, supporter and teacher! I look up to you every single day! Love you Mom xoxo 💗💗💗
