There are many opinions about keto eating styles, however I choose to develop whole food, unprocessed keto recipes. Ones that are higher in fat, moderate in protein, lower in carbohydrates, dairy-free and sugar-free. Here, you will find recipes that are savoury or lightly sweetened with fruit, carb rich vegetables and non-caloric sweeteners such as stevia, monk-fruit or fibre syrup.
