Banana Coconut Latte (Dairy Free)
A creamy dairy free banana coconut latte using an herbal base to calm the nervous system.
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tbsp Elle Wellness Don’t Go Bananas tea or Chamomile tea
- 2-3 tbsp coconut cream or fat from top of chilled canned coconut milk
- 1 tsp honey or 1 pitted Medjool date
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 ripe banana
- Dash of cinnamon
Steep the tea for 20-25 minutes in boiling water. Strain the tea into a blender and discard herbs
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
